We work hard to keep listings accurate, but information such as pet policies, prices, opening hours, and phone numbers can change without notice. Always confirm important details directly with the place or business before you visit or rely on them.
Ratings and reviews reflect opinions and are provided for general guidance only.
3. Emergency information
Our emergency directory is provided to help you act quickly, but it is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. In an emergency, call the clinic directly to confirm availability before travelling. ApnaPaw is not liable for the availability, conduct, or outcome of any clinic or service listed.
4. Submissions and content
When you submit a place, listing, or message, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We review submissions before publishing, and we may edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion.
By submitting content, you grant ApnaPaw a non-exclusive licence to display and use it within the service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ApnaPaw to post false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content, to scrape the site at scale, or to interfere with its operation.
6. Third-party services
ApnaPaw links to and references third parties (such as Google Maps, insurance providers, and individual businesses). We are not responsible for their content, services, or practices, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
7. Limitation of liability
ApnaPaw is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information.
